Hospice Care

Comfort is an essential part of care at the end of life. It is care that helps or soothes a person who is dying. Our goal is to prevent or relieve suffering as much as possible while respecting the dying person’s wishes. Comfort needs include physical comfort, mental and emotional needs and spiritual comfort. Our ultimate goal is to provide the client treatment that is consistent with the end-of-life wishes of the family and client, whatever they may be. Treating the client with respect at the end of life is our top priority.

A care specialist will work hand in hand with the hospice agency or medical provider to fully meet the client and family’s needs. Our care specialist don’t just provide care for senior loved ones, but assist the family in many activities that need to be completed due to these circumstances. Assistance in organizing personal items, moving belongings or just giving an ear to a family member who needs someone to talk to are a few of the many ways we provide comfort and ease to families who are assisting a loved one who is nearing the end of life . We will provide you with as much assistance as you need to help carry some of the burden for you during this challenging time. For more information on End of Life care click here.
