Frequently Asked Questions ( FAQs )

I only need part-time care for my mom. Do you provide that?

Yes we can! Nearly all home care clients only need part-time care, often just several hours a day.  You or your mom can choose the work duration that fits your needs best. Wheter it is mornings, afternoons, evenings, or every other day, there is a wide variety of home care schedules that can fit.

Are your caregivers licensed?

Our caregivers go through a State licensing program for providing in-home care. In addition, continuing education and specialty care training is available for many of them, allowing our caregivers to focus and handle many special care situations.

What if I want to change my caregiver?

We have many teams of caregivers throughout the Sacramento, Elk Grove, Roseville and Lincoln areas. This give us a special and unique ability over national chains to provide backups, and replacements if ever the need arises. Simply contact us and we can check our caregiver pool and schedule to find the right match.

Do you provide midnight care?

We have caregivers with a wide range of available schedules. This includes overnight homecare or any schedule that may better suit you.

What schedules do you offer?

As mentioned above, we offer a wide range of schedules, and can even customize some schedules depending on the special needs of you or your loved one. It is part dependent on our available caregivers. The sooner you contact us, the sooner you can be on the pending schedule for a customized home care senior caregiving schedule.

How much money does in-home care cost?

Because of timing, time-of-day premiums, specialty premiums and available caregivers, costs can only be discussed over the phone, email or in-person. Pleas contact us today to have a no-obligation, free consultation of your in-home care needs.

Can your caregiver provide medical care?

Our caregivers are licensed to provide non-medical home senior care, such as activities, light cleaning, hygene and bathing, transportation, cooking and other services. While some are licensed to be under direct nurse or physician supervision, there are certain activities they are unable to provide. We have some caregivers who are able to do more, depending on the client’s needs. Contact us for more details.

Can caregivers provide transportation?

Yes, nearly all of our caregivers are trained and experienced to provide their senior client’s transportation, to activities such as doctors appointments, socials, shopping and more.
